Tamara Kuennen is a tenured professor at the University of Denver (DU) Sturm College of Law Before joining the faculty, Prof. Kuennen was a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center where she taught the Domestic Violence Clinic. Prior to teaching, she practiced at Legal Aid Services of Oregon for five years, representing survivors in a variety of cases, including protection orders, domestic relations, public benefits, immigration and civil rights litigation.
