  - Prosecuting Domestic Violence Sexual Assaults: How Collaboration Between Prosecution, Victim Advocates, Community Agencies and Law Enforcement Will Ensure Best Results For Victims
Maggie Conboy is a Chief Deputy District Attorney supervising the Family Violence Unit, a specialized unit which prosecutes sexual assaults on children and felony domestic violence cases, including DV sexual assaults. From 2009 to 2012, Ms. Conboy worked under an EVAW grant to better the prosecution of sexual assaults. This grant encompassed community outreach, training within the District Attorney’s office as well as outside entities, and working in partnership with community agencies and law enforcement.

The mission of the Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence is to inspire Colorado to end domestic violence. We provide training and technical assistance to local domestic violence programs across the state, create change at the state and local level through our collective voice, and engage all Coloradans in our work to end violence.
