Kathi Fanning is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling degree from the University of Oregon. She has worked as the Director of Training for The Denver Center for Crime Victims since 1990. Her focus has been in trauma and trauma recovery as well as assisting those impacted by secondary trauma through counseling and education. She has been a presenter for the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance statewide conference as well as a frequent panel member. Locally she provides training for the Denver Police Department, businesses, community groups, schools, hospitals and other not-for-profit agencies.
