Jill Gruenberg

  • Jill began her work in the field of sexual assault advocacy as an advocate for Moving to End Sexual Assault (MESA) in Boulder, CO. In 2004, Ms. Gruenberg returned to the Roaring Fork Valley and began work at RESPONSE: Help for Victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, located in Aspen, CO. As the Advocacy and Prevention Program Coordinator, Ms. Gruenberg provides individual advocacy and support, court advocacy, school – based prevention education programming, and community-based outreach and programming. Ms. Gruenberg currently participates in the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) for the 9th Judicial District and the Pitkin County Jail SART. In addition, she currently facilitates the Pitkin County Coordinated Community Response Team. As all balanced advocates, she strives to practice self – care by playing tennis, skiing, and leaving behind her work every once in a while.
