Elisabeth Almond, RN SANE-A SANE-P is the Violence Prevention Coordinator at Penrose St. Francis Hospital, building a public health/ community based violence prevention initiative. She has worked as a registered nurse since 2001 in the fields of women’s health and most recently as the manager of the Forensic Nurse Examiner team at Memorial Hospital. Elisabeth has cared for patients experiencing violence for over 9 years and is excited to be working on the spectrum of prevention.
