Becca Bolden, MSW, Research Manager at Colorado Youth Matter
Becca Bolden first began working in the youth sexual health field providing support and counseling for pregnant and parenting students through the Denver Public Schools Teen Parent Program. As an intern for Colorado Youth Matter, she helped develop and conduct research for the statewide document Youth Sexual Health in Colorado: A Call to Action. Her involvement with this project led her to work for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to plan the statewide launch of the Call to Action. Her return to Colorado Youth Matter as a Research Manager has provided her the opportunity to use data as a tool to mobilize communities into action and work to improve youth sexual health throughout Colorado. She has a passion for impacting change at a macro and policy level, and using research and data to inform work in the sexual health field.
