Each Coalition Member is eligible to request reimbursement for one room at the Vail Marriott ($135 p/night room cost only, no taxes can be reimbursed) for a total of three nights. This means one room per agency or individual membership, not one room per person at your agency. We receive grant funding in order to make this financial assistance possible for members but it is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Register early in order to ensure room reimbursement when applicable. Please note that funding does not allow for members to receive travel/mileage reimbursement this year. Once the allotted room availability has been reached, we will place notification on the conference website.
IMPORTANT: You MUST make your room reservations directly with the hotel. Call (877) 622-3140 and tell the booking agent that you are with Colorado Advocacy in Action Conference Group.
How does the reimbursement work?
Members will book and pay for their hotel room directly with the Vail Marriott Resort and Spa. After the conference, members who claimed reimbursement will receive an email with reimbursement form. Forms need to be completed and returned with a copy of the hotel receipt by June 26, 2015.
How will I know if I received a reimbursement?
The option to claim a room will display during registration until all rooms have been claimed. At which time there will be a message stating all rooms have been claimed. Keep in mind the rooms are for one room per agency or individual membership. If we find multiple rooms have been requested we will contact the organization and only extend the one room reimbursement.
