“DeBunking the Myths of SANE/SAFE: Completing the Access to Care for Sexual Assault Victims” Come learn about the new Colorado SANE-SAFE Project which provides education, clinical training, and technical assistance for the State of Colorado related to sexual assault examinations. Better access to education for healthcare providers, access to care for sexual assault victims, and training and support of multidisciplinary Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) is all part of what you will learn about in this workshop. There will also be a case study review of implementation and sustainability of one successful rural Medical Forensic Program.
