Coaching Boys Into Men: Train the trainer

  • This workshop provides information on Coaching Boys Into Men, an evidence based program that involves a 15 minutes conversation between high school athletic coaches and their team of athletes. Proven to increase bystander intervention in addition to gaining a better understanding of what it means to respect women and girls. Learn how to create athletic department buy-in and get a detailed understanding of how to train the coaches in your community to implement the program.
